At Carryduff Pre-school we believe playgroup is the ideal setting for children to learn to socialise, accept simple rules, and to experience a range of creative, imaginative and physical play under the guidance of caring adults, committed to providing high quality, pre-school education. All children are welcome, regardless of ability, background, race or religion.
Our Playgroup adheres to the N.I. Pre-school Curriculum Guidance, which concentrates on the six areas of learning and development:

- Personal, Social & Emotional Development
We are a busy playgroup with lots of exciting indoor and outdoor learning experiences to promote high quality teaching and learning. We focus on ensuring that our children are safe and have lots of fun while learning. We believe that strong relationships with parents and carers, supports the holistic development of our children and we continually aim to develop and maintain these.

We are delighted to announce that we will be able to offer pre school children the longer 4.5 hour daily session from September 2026.
Our Open Evening will be held on Thursday 8th January 2026 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
We hope our guided tour by photo gallery will give you, and your child, an insight to our playrooms and what happens at our pre-school.
